Riya Iyer, a student of TE-EXTC won a gold medal in the event Sphere Swing, at the 2nd Senior National Silambam Championship 2014-2015 organized by the Amateur Silambam Association of Delhi.
Nilofer, from first year, triumphed in Fencing (sabre) with a silver medal and secured the third position with a bronze in Fencing (foil) at the Inter-university matches, held at Aurangabad. She also bagged a silver medal in Fencing at the Mumbai University tournament.
